This module allows you to have an overview of all your patients/owners and to add new ones through a clean and easy to scan interface. The grid contains all the essential information for you to be able to find a patient's record within seconds.
Patient details
Find everything about your furry patients in what can be described as a digital health card for pets. From here you'll be able to access the pet's description, weight history, and consultation log, but also to schedule a new appointment or get in touch with the owner.
Medical records
The digital medical records provided by HeyVet are quick to fill out and include the seven standard steps of any consultation: anamnesis (medical history), general consultation, clinical examination, paraclinical investigation, diagnosis, treatment, and recommendations.
Appointments
The built-in calendar makes HeyVet a powerful tool for managing your schedule and making appointments with your customers. The calendar is be available to clinic personnel and the clients receive SMS notifications to let them know about their appointments.
Inventory management*
This module allows you to monitor your drugs and medical supplies inventory, helping you optimize your orders. Later we're planning to add invoicing to the module, as well as an integration interface for the POS/cash register.
